2. Estimates & Pricing

  • All quotes or estimates provided—written or verbal—are approximate and subject to change based on site conditions, material choices, or scope adjustments.
  • Final pricing may be updated after onsite inspection.
  • Quotes are typically valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated.

We are not responsible for additional costs arising from hidden issues (e.g., mold, rot, electrical/plumbing defects, structural problems) uncovered during work.

3. Booking & Cancellations

To secure a service appointment:

  • A deposit may be required depending on the project size.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Last-minute cancellations may result in a call-out fee.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel jobs that present safety, structural, or access concerns.

4. Customer Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate project details and access to the work site.
  • Ensure a safe environment free from hazards, pests, or dangerous materials.
  • Secure personal belongings and valuables.

We are not responsible for damage to items that were not removed from the working area before the job begins.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods may include e-transfer, cash, or invoice payment.
  • Late payments may incur interest charges or collection fees.

Materials purchased on behalf of the customer must be paid in advance.

6. Warranty & Satisfaction

We stand behind our workmanship.
However:

  • Workmanship warranty varies by project type.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, neglect, water damage, or external contractors modifying our work.
  • Materials are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty when applicable.

If you notice an issue, please contact us within 7 days of completion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages (e.g., loss of income, property value changes, delays).
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.

We are not responsible for structural or hidden issues that existed prior to our work.
